Refund & Return Policy

At Livora, we want our customers to feel safe and confident when shopping with us. Below you will find our return and refund policy, designed in compliance with European Union consumer protection regulations.


1. Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds are processed after the order has been delivered and the return request has been validated.

1.2 If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be issued back to the original card. Depending on the card provider, the amount may appear in the next billing cycle or the following one.

1.3 If the purchase was made through third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, etc.), the refund will be processed according to the policies of the respective payment provider.

1.4 Refunds are not applicable in cases where the product could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, or when the package was not collected within the time limits set by the local postal service. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


2. Return Policy

2.1 In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2.2 To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

  • In unused and resalable condition.

  • Returned in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and tags included.

2.3 Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

2.4 If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We may request photos (and, for electronic items, short videos of up to 2 minutes) to confirm the issue before authorizing the return.

2.5 If you prefer a replacement rather than a refund, please inform our customer service team in advance. Replacements will be subject to product availability.


3. Return Procedure

3.1 To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team at support@livoradecor.com to obtain return instructions.

3.2 Customers are responsible for carefully repackaging the item and shipping it back using a trackable shipping method.

3.3 You must provide:

  • A photo of the product in its packaging before dispatch.

  • The return shipping receipt with a clear tracking number.

  • A photo of the shipping label attached to the box.

3.4 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm approval and process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


4. Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Delivery times and refund processing may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or shipping carrier.
