Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 5 business days after payment approval (in many cases, orders are shipped earlier).

Our products are shipped internationally and directly from our suppliers located in China, Hong Kong and the United States.

All orders are shipped via international carriers, and tracking codes are provided once available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to become active depending on the carrier’s system.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times vary by country and region and may be shorter or longer depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and logistics providers.
Delivery time is counted from the date of shipment, not from the date of purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed deliveries. In such cases, additional shipping costs will be charged for reshipment, even if the initial order included free shipping.

In some regions, local postal restrictions may apply. If delivery is not possible, your package may be held at the nearest postal office or collection point. It must be collected within the deadline set by the carrier. If the package is returned to us, a new shipping fee will apply for reshipment.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, Livora will open an inquiry with the carrier. Response times from carriers may take up to 7 business days or longer depending on the complexity of the case.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Livora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by strikes, customs, or logistical issues from third-party delivery services.
