CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your plush rug (a broom is not recommended);
- For washing, wet the surface of the rug and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not let the rug soak. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue and avoid hanging the rug on a clothesline to prevent creases;
- To remove excess water, lay it flat and gently run a squeegee over the top;
- To dry, look for a shady place where you can leave it stretched out flat on smooth surfaces that won't mark the rug (such as a clothesline would).
- Do not leave the rug exposed to the sun, as the base contains latex dots that prevent slipping. Exposure to sunlight can degrade these dots.
- Can it be machine washed? Yes, but we recommend hand washing.
