CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your shaggy rug (broom is not recommended);
- To wash, wet the surface of the rug and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not soak the rug. Rinse it well so there's no soap residue left and avoid hanging the rug on the clothesline to prevent creases;
- To remove excess water, leave it stretched out and gently run a squeegee over the top;
- To dry, find a shaded area where you can leave it laid out on smooth surfaces that will not cause creases (as would happen with a clothesline).
- Do not leave the rug exposed to the sun, as its base contains latex dots that prevent it from slipping. When exposed to the sun, these dots may degrade.
- Can it be machine washed? Yes, but we recommend hand washing.
