CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your shaggy rug (brooms are not recommended);
- To wash, wet the surface of the rug and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not soak the rug. Rinse thoroughly so no detergent residue remains, and avoid hanging it on the clothesline, as this may crease the rug;
- To remove excess water, keep it spread flat and gently go over it with a squeegee;
- For drying, find a shaded area where it can be laid flat on a smooth surface to avoid creases (such as on a clothesline).
- Do not leave the rug exposed to the sun, as its base has latex dots to prevent slipping. These dots can degrade if exposed to the sun.
- Can it be machine washed? Yes, but we recommend hand washing.
