CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your shaggy rug (brooms are not recommended);
- To wash, wet the rug surface and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not soak the rug. Rinse well so no soap residue is left, and avoid hanging the rug on a clothesline to prevent creasing;
- To remove excess water, lay the rug flat and gently run a squeegee over it;
- To dry, choose a shaded area where you can leave it spread out on smooth surfaces so it won’t get creased (such as a clothesline would cause).
- Do not leave the rug exposed to the sun, as the base contains latex points that prevent the rug from slipping. These points can break down if exposed to sunlight.
- Can I wash it in the washing machine? Yes, but we recommend hand washing.
