CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your shaggy rug (broom is not recommended);
- To wash, wet the surface of the rug and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not soak the rug. Rinse well to prevent soap residue and avoid hanging the rug on a clothesline to prevent creases;
- To remove excess water, lay the rug flat and gently drag a squeegee over the surface;
- For drying, choose a shaded place where you can leave it stretched out flat on smooth surfaces that won't leave marks (unlike a clothesline).
- Do not expose the rug to sunlight, as its base contains latex dots to prevent slipping. These dots can degrade in the sun.
- Can I use a washing machine? Yes, however we recommend hand washing.
