CLEANING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a vacuum cleaner for routine cleaning of your shaggy rug (broom is not recommended);
- To wash, wet the rug surface and use diluted neutral liquid detergent;
- Do not soak the rug. Rinse well so that no soap residue remains and avoid hanging the rug on a clothesline to prevent creases;
- To remove excess water, keep it stretched out and gently wipe with a squeegee on top;
- To dry, look for a shaded place where you can lay it flat on smooth surfaces that won't leave marks (unlike hanging it on a clothesline).
- Do not leave the rug exposed to the sun, as the base contains latex dots that prevent the rug from slipping. These dots can degrade if exposed to the sun.
- Can it be machine washed? Yes, but we recommend hand washing.
